Groups of 20 men and women will enjoy 3 days of HIIT workouts taking in the amazing scenery Tasmania has to offer. Activities include: An obstacle course and mini triathlon challenge, ocean swimming, yoga sessions, hiking around one of the worlds most renown beaches, delicious and healthy meals provided by Meal Machines and mindfulness and mediation sessions.
We focus on having fun whilst pushing our selves out of our comfort zone, trying new things, working together as a team and learning about our mind and bodies.
By the end of the weekend you will have made new friends, conquered fears and can celebrate your hard work and achievements with a celebratory drink and group lunch at one of Tassie’s most famous wineries.
